CBD As Supplements Against Chronic Stress

 Stress is a normal part of every human’s existence. It happens to anybody, and no one is spared.  Since the cannabis or marijuana plant yields good feedback in the treatment of chronic anxiety, more extensive studies are being conducted to isolate CBD. It is responsible for the therapeutic aspects of cannabis from tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which also has excellent potential for treatment, but with the feeling “high” effects are being devised.

 Current studies on CBD suggest that its anti-anxiety action is secondary to the stimulation of the neurotransmitter serotonin (the happy hormone). Its ability to boost intrinsic endocannabinoid production and neural (nerve and brain matter) regeneration, thus counteracting the chronic damage stress creates in your brain. These studies warrant more intensive follow-ups to be able to maximize the full potential and benefits that CBD oil can offer to the field of mental health.
